C-386 – Special Service Medal for Domestic Emergency Relief Operations Act – creates a new medal for service in a domestic emergency relief operation.
This medal is for current or former members of the military, members of the RCMP, firefighters, and first responders. Any Minister, Federal or Provincial, can nominate someone for this medal.
