What is C-314? – The Criminal Code and MAiD
C-314 changes the Criminal Code to specify that a mental disorder is not a grievous and irremediable medical condition, and as such doesn’t qualify for medical assistance in dying.
What is C-280? – The Financial Protection for Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Farmers Act
C-280 would create new protections for the farmers of perishable goods in the event that someone purchasing from them files for bankruptcy while they owe the farmer money.

C-325 would block people convicted of certain crimes from serving their sentence in the community.
