C-314 changes the Criminal Code to specify that a mental disorder is not a grievous and irremediable medical condition, and as such doesn’t qualify for medical assistance in dying.
C-280 would create new protections for the farmers of perishable goods in the event that someone purchasing from them files for bankruptcy while they owe the farmer money.
C-325 would block people convicted of certain crimes from serving their sentence in the community.
C-323 would make a GST exemption for mental health services.
C-324 would rename the Special Economic Measures Act.
C-291 replaces all instances of “child pornography” in the Criminal Code (and elsewhere) with “child sexual abuse and exploitation material”.
C-294 makes some changes to the Copyright Act to allow software to be modified to work with devices other than the ones it was intended for.
C-288 would require broadband carriers to make the quality of their service during peak periods easily accessible by the public.
C-283 makes it so prisons can be designated as addiction treatment facilities for convicts.
