C-267 – An Act to amend the Excise Act (non-alcoholic beer) – removes the excise tax on non-alcoholic beer.
It’s worth noting that a few months after this Bill was introduced changes were made to the Excise Tax Act to do what this Bill wants to do, so it will likely be abandoned if it gets the chance to proceed.
