C-403 – An Act to amend the Income Tax Act and the Canada Pension Plan (deeming provision) – streamlines the application process for disability tax credits and pension benefits. For both if you qualify for provincial disability benefits this Act makes it so you automatically qualify for the federal benefits. You won’t need to apply for both separately.
